Rihanna's Rated R Album Cover

Not R-Rated

It seems that I have been mistaken to say that Rihanna's new album is going to be titled R-Rated; it's actually Rated R. My sources apparently led me in the wrong direction there. Anyway, here's the artwork for Ri-Ri's Rated R album.

It's definitely much more edgy than her Good Girl Gone Bad album, but she looks like a man to me in this cover. Yeah, the make-up and the earring doesn't help. She reminds me of someone... but I just can't quite put my finger on it. No matter what her cover looks like though, I'm still excited to listen to her new songs. Taylor Swift's bonus tracks really wowed me. Here's hoping that Rihanna's new songs will do the same.

Listen to Rihanna's Russian Roulette

R-Rated

For those of you who have not listened to Rihanna's new single, Russian Roulette, I urge you to go and do so. You can do that HERE.

As I mentioned before, I am not a fan of her recent fashion choices. But I am a fan of her new single; it's a nice emotional ballad, a breath of fresh air from her usual upbeat first singles. Her fourth album is called R-Rated and will be released on November 23rd. I'll definitely be getting a copy. Man, the girl makes great music, but dear-oh-dear, I can't really jump on board on her trainwreck of a style.

The Wait Is Ova

Have we been waiting?

The last few times that Rihanna had made the pages of magazines, tabloids and blogs was when she was physically assaulted by her then-boyfriend, Chris Brown and the jazz that came with it. Then she went on to give other people tattoos (illegal, I might add). And most recently, she shocked the world (well, me really), with her hideous outfits and really unflattering hairdo. But now, she's back, apparently. Still with the fugly hair and her ridiculous fashion choices. Her single will debut tomorrow (or in just a few hours, can't tell, me being in Indonesia and all) on Ryan Seacrest's radio show, titled Russian Roulette.

Just to clear the air, I love Rihanna's songs. She does come out with very catchy tunes. And this new song of hers is no different. It seems like it could be yet another hit for her. I'm really looking forward to her new album, I have high expectations. But I really can't stand it when people spell words wrong on purpose, note the "ova"? I'm sorry, but that's just bimbo language.
