Remember the good ol' days with Disney's 2D Princesses cartoons? It made your heart feel warm and fuzzy inside and it literally, made you happy (it did me, anyway!). I have always been such a fan of these classics (Aurora and Belle being my favourite), and I'm tellling you, I really can't wait for the release of the first black princess in The Princess and the Frog!
My sister and I have expressed our astonishment over the fact that Disney did an Asian princess first before a black one (hello, Mulan!), we both think it's about time. I swear, when this movie gets released here in Indonesia (I'm so ever hoping it would, I want to watch it on the big screen), I'm dragging my boyfriend to the premiere showing of it! After the click, check out the first 5 minutes of this heart-warming goodness!From the looks of it, I think I will be crying ... in the first bits of the movie. I can just feel something go wrong with her family; maybe she'll be adopted into the blonde princess' family? I really don't know the actual storyline of this fairytale apart from the fact that she'll need to kiss a frog. But I'm excited! Aren't you?
